Advocacy

Advocacy focuses on non-partisan lobbying as well as political work in the Palo Alto Unified School District Board, City of Palo Alto, and the County of Santa Clara to further PASCC's mission of utilizing the role of youth voice in enacting change for a more sustainable future.

Work entails...

Lobbying, long-term non-educational campaigns, and partisan activities.
Political work is unrestrained at the school board, city, and county levels, whereas state-level action is limited to bills green-lit by 350 Bay Area Action.
Campaigns may include an educational component if necessary for the overall success of said campaign.
